Chilean Sea Bass (what actually brought us here): my husband thoroughly enjoyed this meal. Surf and Turf: such a beautiful dish; severed with Gouda potato pancake, chili seared spinach, cabernet truffle reduction, and béarnaise. Everything was cooked to perfection. Creme Brûlée: light, creamy, and had perfect crusting - big enough for two.
